This is a very nice example of one of the best all-round travel lenses for ANY DX format Nikon Digital Camera. It stands head and shoulders above the cheap 18-55, 18-105 or 18-135 lenses that you get as standard with most of the Nikon consumer SLRs currently. So if you own one of the above or have broken one recently (very likely), this lens will make your photos a lot sharper! It is a proper Nikon lens with metal mount, silent wave motor and ED glass elements and will outlast and outperform those listed above, I have a huge arsenal of some pretty serious Nikon Pro lenses, but when I needed to travel light with just one body and one lens, this was my lens of choice. It is in great condition, very smooth and quiet and comes with both front and rear caps, lens cap and as a bonus, fitted with a Hoya PL-CIR Polariser.
